Greek Yogurt Pops

Blend and freeze in forms:

  • 2 cups fruit, defrosted

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Chia Jam

Blend and chill for 4 hours:

  • 2 cups fruit, defrosted and chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds

Berry-Infused Coconut Spread

Blend, form into a log, wrap, and refrigerate:

  • 1 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup defrosted, room temperature fruit

Fruit "Nice" Cream

Blend fruit in processor and stir in chips:

  • 2 cups fruit, frozen

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
