Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center presents the 5th annual 5k fun run and 1 mile Cancer Survivor walk in historic Downtown Beaufort on Saturday, April 4, 2026 8:00am. This annual event is a rewarding and fun morning race for survivors, their family, and local runners.
All race proceeds benefit Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center, a local non-profit that provides an oncology specific exercise training program to empower local survivors’ bodies and minds to fight back against the devastating effects of cancer and treatment.
