Warrior Flow is a full hour early morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class focused on the Warrior Flow Sequence. Class participants can expect continuous or dynamic movements to link together poses and increase heart rate. Class is held in the Crystal Coast Wellness 24 Studio. Free for members, drop ins ONLY $8!
