Yoga for wellness

Yoga is a holistic practice that encompasses physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and mindfulness. Yoga promotes overall wellness by improving flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as reducing stress and brain fog. 

Welcoming Environment

Crystal Coast Wellness 24 Hour Studio is welcoming of all races, genders, sexual orientations and the disabled. All residents and visitors to our facilities should feel comfortable to practice in peace.



Each class shall be indicated by an experience level requirement including entry or beginner level classes for new yoga students. If you are unsure about moving to the next level of classes, please see request a yoga form assessment with one of our gurus.

Experienced Yoga Instructors

With years to decades of experience in practicing yoga and living a clean and peaceful life, all of our Yoga Instructors on staff are at least 200hr Certified through Yoga Alliance approved organizations.



Wanting to expand your practice or advance to the next level of class, but are unsure if you're ready? Just let us know and we will help guide you on your path.

Additional SUPPORT Offered:

Your Yoga Instructor has access to a network of professionals, such as nutritionists, physiotherapists, and sports psychologists. Your coach can refer you to these experts as needed, creating a comprehensive support system for overall well-being and performance.
