Dark Chocolate Almond Crunch Bites

🥥 Ingredients
200 g (7 oz) good-quality dark chocolate (70% cacao works great)
½ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
¼ cup puffed rice or crushed cornflakes (for crunch)
Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
Optional add-ins: coconut flakes, dried cherries, orange zest, or a drizzle of honey
👩🍳 Instructions
Melt the chocolate Chop the dark chocolate and melt it gently using a double boiler or microwave (30-second bursts, stirring each time).
Add the crunch Stir the chopped almonds and puffed rice (or cornflakes) into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
Form the bites Spoon small mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, or spread the mixture thin and break into shards later.
Finish Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt if using.
Set Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until firm.
Enjoy Store in an airtight container at room temperature (cool place) or in the fridge.
Tips
For extra shine and snap, temper the chocolate.
