CUCUMBER, CITRUS, MINT INFUSED WATER

Enjoy this refreshing, antioxidant-rich water that helps support digestion and keeps you hydrated all day!
🥒 Ingredients:
½ cucumber, thinly sliced (peeled if preferred)
½ lemon, thinly sliced
½ orange, thinly sliced
4–5 fresh mint leaves
4 cups filtered water
Ice (optional)
🥄 Optional Add-ins:
A few slices of fresh ginger (for added digestion support)
A pinch of sea salt or chia seeds (for extra hydration boost)
🧊 Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a large pitcher or mason jar.
Gently stir to mix.
Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for stronger flavor.
