Jacob works to provide exceptional client care through his exercise programs and seven years of expertise as a licensed physical therapist assistant. He graduated from Nash Community College with an advanced associate of science with a concentration in physical therapy assistance. He is an ACSM certified cancer exercise specialist and NASM certified personal trainer. Jacob is passionate about maintaining a daily exercise regimen and a daily meditation practice to live a balanced lifestyle of mind-body wellness.
