SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training is a fast and fun way to work out in a private, more intimate manner, while enjoying the camaraderie and motivation of working out with others. Experience the individualized attention of one-on-one personal training with the added benefit of a social environment in our small group classes.
Worried that the intensity will be too much, too soon? Don’t be! Our trainers are able to offer modifications and progressions based on your fitness level so that no one will ever feel discouraged. Our trainers encourage and promote a friendly environment where the only competition is with yourself. No bad attitudes allowed!
HIIT Small Group
our hiit (high intensity interval training) small group incorporates resistance training with high intensity intervals to fire up the metabolism, burn fat, and increase energy. Don’t let the 30 minute class length fool you, this class is intense!
the training program constantly evolves as participants become more fit, but each workout is tailored to the individual, which is why class size is limited to 5 individuals. benchmark workouts are included at regular intervals so that participants can measure progress and shatter previous workout bests.
Two HITT Small Group class times available: Mon/Wed at 7:00AM or Tue/ Thu at 5:30PM

Experience An outdoor workout like no other! Lana thompson will lead you through a killer workout with a focus on burning fat, increasing strength, and improving overall fitness. all you need to bring is a yoga mat, dumbbells, a towel and water (trust us, you’ll need it).

This one’s for you gentlemen! At crystal coast wellness, we understand that men and women have different training needs and fitness goals. with that in mind we developed the gentleman’s bootcamp.
This is a Male only, high-intensity bootcamp style class incorporating full body strength and resistance training with aerobic conditioning to get you in top shape. designed to increase muscle mass, burn fat, and push your limits, this class is no joke! learn correct exercise technique and make lasting, long term improvements in your health as you progress through bootcamp.

Small group classes are billed on a monthly basis (8 classes each month) but drop-ins are allowed, class size permitting (please contact the office prior to arrival to ensure that there is space available). In order to achieve the best possible results, we highly encourage a 3-month commitment.
