Small Group Training is a fast and fun way to work out in a private, more intimate manner, while enjoying the camaraderie and motivation of working out with others. Worried that the intensity will be too much, too soon? Don’t be! Our trainers are able to offer modifications and progressions based on your fitness level so that no one will ever feel discouraged. Our trainers encourage and promote a friendly environment where the only competition is with yourself. No bad attitudes allowed!


HIIT Small Group

our hiit (high intensity interval training) small group incorporates resistance training with high intensity intervals to fire up the metabolism, burn fat, and increase energy. Don’t let the 30 minute class length fool you, this class is intense!

the training program constantly evolves as participants become more fit, but each workout is tailored to the individual, which is why class size is limited to 5 individuals. benchmark workouts are included at regular intervals so that participants can measure progress and shatter previous workout bests.


Gentleman’s Bootcamp

This one’s for you gentlemen! At crystal coast wellness, we understand that men and women have different training needs and fitness goals. with that in mind we developed the gentleman’s bootcamp.

This is a Male only, high-intensity bootcamp style class incorporating full body strength and resistance training with aerobic conditioning to get you in top shape. designed to increase muscle mass, burn fat, and push your limits, this class is no joke! learn correct exercise technique and make lasting, long term improvements in your health as you progress through bootcamp.


Prenatal Small Group

Staying physically active throughout pregnancy is important for both mother and baby, but all exercise is not created equal when it comes to being pregnant. Significant changes take place in the body throughout pregnancy, making some exercises appropriate and others not so much, which means that you need a professional with the education and knowledge to safely navigate training during pregnancy.

goals of this class include:

1. teaching proper pelvic floor activation and breathing techniques

2. Encouraging proper posture and alignment

3. maintaining general strength and endurance

4. managing fatigue

5. preparing the body for delivery


Postnatal Small Group

While it may be tempting to start exercising as soon as possible following delivery in order to “lose the baby weight” and get back in shape, you may be causing more harm that good if you start back too soon or focus on the wrong exercises.

during pregnancy, your body undergoes tremendous change and These changes don’t disappear the moment you give birth, which means that you have to give your body time to heal and then ease back into exercise with intention and purpose.

Goals of this class include:

1. teaching proper pelvic floor activation and breathing techniques

2. improving posture and body mechanics

3. improving general strength and endurance with a focus on core and hip strength

4. return to prior level of function without limitation or deficits

Our pre and postnatal coach is certified through Girls Gone Strong, an organization passionate about serving females and their unique needs, particularly during and following pregnancy.


All small group classes occur 2 days per week and are 30 minutes in length, with the exception of the pre and postnatal classes, which may last 45 minutes depending on content for the day. All classes are capped at 5 participants and a minimum of 3 participants is required for class to take place. Small group classes are billed on a monthly basis (8 classes each month) but drop-ins are allowed, class size permitting (please contact the office prior to arrival to ensure that there is space available). In order to achieve the best possible results, we highly encourage a 3-month commitment.
